A MODEL sparks a storm as she walks down the street in a Jean Paul Gaultier naked dress.
The £500 frock gives the illusion that the woman wearing it is totally nude.
The posh clothing brand’s outfit has been blasted by critics — who accuse the designer of objectifying women.
The model enjoyed maximum exposure as she went for a stroll near the Chiltern Firehouse hotel in West London on Thursday.
It came as glamour model Keeley Hazell, 35, showed off the racy maxi dress on social media — joking that it was the perfect wedding guest attire.
Dr Charlotte Proudman, a barrister and feminist campaigner who specialises in gender-based violence, told The Sun: “It’s definitely not in keeping with what I hoped we’d be seeing in the modern century we’re supposed to be in.
“Why are we needing to objectify women in this way? Women are objectified enough as it is.
“However one chooses to dress, we’re looked at on the basis of our body rather than our ideas and here we are with an extremely expensive, sought-after designer encouraging women to objectify themselves in this way.
“It's inappropriate and Jean Paul Gaultier should know better.”
Some shoppers took to Facebook to slam the racy dress.
One said: “This is not becoming at all, I would even say inappropriate.”
They added: “What about one with a man?”

Gaultier, 70, has made clothes for celebrities including Nicole Kidman and Cate Blanchett, Lady Gaga and Rihanna.
The controversial dress has been taken from the fashion house’s archives and features in part of a new collection with Kanye West’s stylist pal Lotta Volkova.
