While the city itself looks photo-realistic of course, Spider-Man himself could use some work. The gameplay itself is a far cry from how smooth Spider-Man feels to control in the Insomniac games, but it's still a glimpse at what a web-slinging game could look like in Unreal Engine 5.

We put it through it's paces testing Spiderman Miles Morales VRR, Spider-Man Remastered VRR, Bloodborne PS5 VRR, Cyberpunk 2077 PS5 VRR, and many other games to see how they performed. This PS5 update does a lot to enhance these already amazing titles. We ran tests for Ratchet and Clank Rift Apart VRR, Spider-Man Remastered VRR, Spider-Man Miles Morales VRR, Bloodborne VRR, Cyberpunk 2077 VRR, Batman Arkham Knight, Dying Light 2 VRR, Call of Duty Cold War VRR, Dirt 5 VRR, and even the Matrix Demo VRR tests with VRR on the PS5.

May 2, 2022 - In 2021, the world caught a glimpse of what a brand new Matrix game could look like running on Epic's Unreal Engine 5. While less of a game and more of an "experience", players got to explore a near photorealistic city, and it gave us a taste of what the future of open-world games could look like... It hasn't taken long for modders to add their own twist on what can be done in this world, and one of the coolest ones we've seen is this flight-test experience where you can fly around like Superman, though legally, this is NOT Superman. Apr 6, 2022 - Crystal Dynamics has announced a new Tomb Raider game and revealed that it will be built using Unreal Engine 5. Announced during the State of Unreal 2022, Crystal Dynamics' Tomb Raider franchise general manager, Dallas Dickinson promised a "high-quality cinematic action-adventure experience" for the upcoming Tomb Raider game. Dickinson said the team is looking to "push the envelope of fidelity", and is looking to create a Tomb Raider experience fans deserve from Crystal Dynamics. Xbox has officially announced the first wave of games hitting Xbox Game Pass in April 2022, including one we already knew about in advance, MLB: The Show 22. Both MLB and Cricket 22 are available immediately on Xbox cloud and console, while there are a few more games to look forward to across the rest of the month for Xbox Game Pass. Stardew Valley creator Eric Barone aka ConcernedApe, revealed the new game Haunted Chocolatier will include boss fights. In a video livestream, Stardew Valley Barone released background music for a "bee boss" fight. Haunted Chocolatier has no official release date, yet, but we can rest assured Eric Barone is working hard on the next title. Haunted Chocolatier is not a sequel to Stardew Valley, but will have NPC relationships like the previous title.
